I trained at the Oxford School of Drama at the age of 47, so I'm a late entrant to the profession!

Since graduating I have worked with a number of theatre companies including the Royal Shakespeare Company and I have experience of TV, film, stage, corporate and voiceover work.

Writing work for stage includes Butter Side Up a one act comedy for a cast of 5 set in a seaside Bed and Breakfast and A Woman of Uncertain Age a one-act, one woman show about lost love and lost luggage.
Plays published by Stage Scripts under the pen name of Maggie Dealey.

I have several new projects in development including screenplays for short films and two feature films.

We are a small production company based in England and Spain.
Plans are currently underway for filming in the Mizala valley in Spain.

We have two short films in development,Dinner of Herbs and No Rabbit and a comedy horror ghost story, yet to be named!


I am an adjudicator member of the British and International Federation of Festivals, specialising in Speech and Drama. I have adjudicated at festivals large and small providing encouragement, advice and feedback for amateur performers of all ages.
